Marc Ahrens is a sales leader in the cast stone, and ornamental plaster industry, with 6 ½ years working for American Masonry Supply, Inc. Marc earned a degree in Architecture from UT of Arlington. After graduating from college, he went to work in the residential home building industry as a project manager, building upscale residential homes. Over the 6 years he was in residential construction, he picked up valuable knowledge on all aspects of construction and the various construction techniques currently used. While working as a customer, he had the unique opportunity to join the AMS sales team. Having been on the “other side of the fence” for many years, he was able to contribute new ideas and a fresh perspective.
This construction experience along with the Architectural background is invaluable when designing custom entries, or other complicated design features. Marc, working side by side with your Designer, Builder, and Homeowner, will create an elegant and timeless design that you will be proud of. Marc’s work on your project is not done once the design is finalized. He will follow it through drafting, into production, and on to delivery. Once the material is on the jobsite, he will work with your masons until the job is completely installed.
