How to Order

1. Please call one of our sales representatives listed below letting them know what you would like to order or help you with any questions you have. You may also call our metro phone number or our toll free 1-800 numbers to place an order or get help with any questions you may have.
2. We will need to know your billing address, and your ship to address, which needs to include the five-digit zip code.  We also need your contact phone numbers and fax number.
3. We will formalize a written proposal for your approval. It will have all charges outlined, and optional   colors for caststone products.

Shipping & Delivery: All orders are manufactured and shipped from our factory in Arlington, Texas. AMS delivers orders on AMS delivery trucks in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex only unless special arrangements are made with AMS ahead of time prior to production of order. All out of area shipments are shipped by common carrier. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage should be reported in writing to American Masonry Supply immediately. Please save all broken pieces and packing material, (take pictures) American Masonry Supply will remake and ship any broken pieces that are reported within two weeks of delivery. Installation constitutes acceptance.

Deposit
: You will be sent a proposal for your approval, based on the item you wish to order.
American Masonry Supply requires a non-refundable 50% deposit before production can begin. The balance is due prior to shipment. After the order is produced AMS will crate and weigh the material to get the freight charges. An AMS representative will contact you with the balance due including freight charges prior to shipping.

*AMS accepts checks and all major credit cards for payment.

Completion
: Allow five weeks for production on non-inventory orders. American Masonry Supply has a strong sense of urgency for all of our customers and we work diligently to fill our orders ahead of schedule.

Holdings
: If you are not able to accept delivery upon completion of production, AMS will hold your order for up to six weeks from our completion date. AMS requires the balance of the order to be paid within 10 working days after completion date in order to hold your order.
 
Warranty:
Our products are warranted to be free from defect, except those related to the natural color variation inherent in the production of cast stone. American Masonry Supply warrants material only: any defective product will be replaced for a period of one year after manufactured.

Sales Tax
: Sales tax is applicable to Texas sales only. This includes any orders picked up by customers at our factory. No other states are taxable.

: Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping out of area
